a = (b)/(2c-b)

Step 1: Multiply both sides by b
(b/1)(a/b)=(a+b/2c)(1/b)
a=ab+b/2c

Step 2: Multiply both sides by 2c
(1/2c)(a)=(ab+b/2c)(2c/1)
2ac=ab+b

Step 3: Subtract ab from both sides
2ac-ab=ab+b-ab
2ac-ab=b

Step 4: Factor out a
a(2c-b)=b

Step 5: Divide both sides by 2c-b
a(2c-b)/2c-b=b/2c-b
a=b/2c-b
